The Training Engine originally acquired from Las Vegas Fire Engine 5. Responding from Station 1 covering the entire Pahrump Valley.

The Engine fought many large fires in Pahrump including the Mountain View Casino whereas it pumped 6 hours straight. During the fire, the cab was struck by a flying vessel after an explosion occurred deep within the building.
The Engine was placed to reserve status in 2005 and to the Training Division in 2008.
