Pahrump Parks & Recreation
At the present time the Town of Pahrump controls and maintains all public parks and recreational facilities within the Town boundaries. All developed facilities are available to the public for private parties and events.

Ian Deutch Memorial Park / 1600 Honeysuckle St. at Pahrump Valley Blvd. (MAP)
Ian Deutch Memorial Park (formally Honeysuckle) is a 20+ acre park and is the main park for little league and soccer. There are four main lit fields that are used for both soccer and little league. The snack bar /restrooms located at fields one and two are two stories with the upper floor used as offices. There is a second snack bar /restroom located at fields three and four. In the center of the park there is 1.4 acres with large and small playground equipment, gazebo, pavilion, BBQ pits, picnic tables and two bocce ball court. Adjacent to the playground area there are four tee ball fields and a large skate park. Reserve Ian Deutch Park for your group, organization, or special event.

Petrack Park / 150 North SR 160 (MAP)
Petrack Park is 34.7 acres that is considered the main regional park for Pahrump. With 21 acres for park use it is largest park in the town. This park includes two lit softball fields, one 300’x210’ turf multi-purpose field (soon to lit), two permanent concession stand , large and small playground equipment, two lit tennis courts , lit Basketball court , six lit horseshoe pits, top rank McCulloch Rodeo Arena, Olympic size Community swimming pool and the Bob Ruud Community Center. Enjoy swimming opportunities from Memorial Day thru Labor Day in our 6 lane 25 yard outdoor pool. The pool provides a venue for swimmers of all ages to participate in recreational swimming, swim classes, water exercise, and lap swim, social and special events at the Pahrump Town Community Swimming Pool.
Simkins Park / 1350 East Simkins Rd. (MAP)
Simkins Park is an 8.7 acre park. The town has just completed the some major improvements to the park. The improvements to the park includes a 125 asphalt parking lot, shade covering over the playgrounds, 48’X48’ octagon metal pavilion, picnic tables, softball field, new landscaping and over 600 linear feet of 5’sidewalk. With the existing restrooms this has become a hot spot for birthdays and family parties. Reserve Simkins Park for your group, organization, or special event.
Blosser Park / 2300 N. David St. (MAP)
Blosser Park is a 5 acre park with 3 acres of turf. There is a backstop for softball practice and a few picnic tables.
The Town of Pahrump is currently developing a plan for the Pahrump/Nye County Fairgrounds on 427 acres of land near Dandelion Street and State Route 160. Funding is still being secured for the Fairground's project and it is currently in the first stages of development. Eventually; the facilities are expected to include ball fields, exhibit halls, and a rodeo arena. When complete, the Fairgrounds will be a major recreation facility for Nye County and Pahrump.
