4/12: 10 new COVID-19 positives case in 7 days. 2,613cases/ 104 deaths overall
17,299 vaccination doses have been administered in Nye County, according to State numbers posted April 7th on nvhealthresponse.nv.gov, an increase of 1,826 doses from the prior week’s report. 10,760 vaccinations have been administered, or 22% of the county population. 7,078 people have completed the vaccination, 14.5% of the population, which is receiving both doses.
Nye County Emergency Management and its partners are booking appointments for COVID-19 Vaccinations through a new online system. The County and its partners continue to work through the previous requests submitted by phone and through the Vaccine Interest Form.
There is drive-up testing in Pahrump on Monday, 7 pm to 9 pm; and Wednesday and Friday morning, 7 am to 9 am; and by appointment testing available in Tonopah and other areas of the county.
